Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by AI Accord. We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove attendees for any reason.

Registration is personal and non-transferable without our prior written consent.

AI Accord certification exams are online-proctored. Passing an exam grants a digital badge verifiable against the AI Accord credential registry.

Certification does not imply employment or endorsement.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, isometric illustrations, and brochures — is the property of AI Accord and Vostad.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, or repurpose any portion of it for commercial use without our prior written permission.

All summit attendees, speakers, and sponsors must treat each other with respect. Harassment of any kind is not tolerated.

Violations may result in immediate removal from the event without refund and a ban from future AI Accord summits.

AI Accord is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from attending our events or using our website.

Including, without limitation: travel disruption, loss of data, loss of business, or third-party actions occurring on or off the summit premises.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.
