We do not collect sensitive financial data, government identifiers, or biometric information.

- Event communications — summit invitations, agendas, logistics, and follow-ups.
- Certification records — issuing and verifying AI Accord credentials.
- Newsletter delivery — our occasional briefings on enterprise AI.
- Responding to inquiries you submit via our contact forms.
We do not sell your data.

Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication on the admin panel and Google Analytics cookies for anonymous usage tracking.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Doing so will not affect your ability to read public pages on aiaccord.org, but it will prevent administrative login.
Data Retention
We retain your data indefinitely unless you request deletion.
To request data deletion, email privacy@aiaccord.org. We process deletion requests within 30 days.
