Provide clear channels for external feedback and complaints.

Silver
Signed the pledge. Completed the baseline assessment. Foundational practices in place.
Gold
Advanced practices in at least three dimensions. Evidence of continuous improvement.
Platinum
Opened to independent external audit. Maturity scores and audit results published publicly.

Founding signatories will be announced at ALIGN 2027. Organizations interested in joining the founding cohort may apply now. Participation is free and includes early access to the self-assessment tool and a dedicated onboarding session.
